Meet the team

Hedy Shashaani

With a background in interior design, Hedy Shashaani entered the kitchen design industry in 1985 and joined Jack Rosen in 1997. Known for her exceptional eye for detail and intuitive spatial vision, Hedy brings creativity and elegance to every project. Her ability to instantly visualize the potential of a room or floor plan has led to countless exquisite designs. Hedy’s work has earned widespread acclaim, including the “Best in Class” award in the 2010 NKBA Kitchen and Bath Design Competition, sponsored by Home & Design magazine. More recently, Hedy received prestigious Designer’s Choice Award and was honored as a “Hall of Fame Kitchen Designer” in the Home & Design Sourcebook. Widely regarded as one of the region’s most gifted kitchen designers, Hedy continues to set the standard for inspired, functional design.

Stephanie Fried

Stephanie Fried discovered her passion for kitchen design while earning her interior design degree at The Art Institute of Pittsburgh. While in school, Stephanie worked for a local kitchen design firm. That early experience sparked a lifelong love for the craft. Since joining Jack Rosen in 2007, Stephanie has brought a dynamic blend of design expertise, enthusiasm, and exceptional communication skills to every project. Her warm, collaborative nature and eye for detail have made her a standout in the industry. Stephanie’s work has earned widespread recognition, including being named Home & Design magazine’s Grand Winner for Kitchen Design Excellence in 2022. In 2024, her work was featured on the magazine’s cover, a testament to her creativity and impact. Stephanie continues to create stunning, functional kitchens that reflect each client’s unique lifestyle and vision.

Ryann Last

After earning her degree in Interior Design from West Virginia University, Ryann joined our team in 2015. Initially stepping into the dual role of Showroom Manager and CAD Operator, Ryann quickly distinguished herself through her exceptional organizational skills and fluency in computer-aided design. It wasn’t long before her innate design talent began to shine. With a keen eye for color, spatial flow, and aesthetic harmony, Ryann transitioned seamlessly into a full-fledged designer. Her ability to balance form and function, while tailoring each space to reflect the client’s lifestyle and taste, has made her an invaluable part of our design team. Today, Ryann continues to elevate our showroom experience and deliver inspired, thoughtful designs that transform kitchens into stunning, livable works of art.
